Four days ago, the scrimmage started between the Sulu Royal Army and Malaysian Forces which at least 60 were killed from both sides.

Many Filipinos working in Sabah are forced to evacuate back in the country in fear that they would be wedged in tension in Sabah.

In existence of this, the President told Sultan Kiram to go into his people and to take down their weapons. The President threatened Sultan Kiram and his Royal Army that he will file a case because of tension they started.

"Huwag namang ubusin 'yung mga kababayan natin dun and huwag din ilagay sa alanganin 'yung 800,000 Pinoys living and working there," According to Hontiveros.

According to Risa Hontiveros and Alan Peter Cayetano, there is a solid basis for the claiming of Philippines in Sabah that needed to undergo in right due process of law.

"Whether it's China or whether it's Malaysia at may claim tayo, we should attack it na pareho. We should be as aggressive and as diplomatic," said by Cayetano.

The Sultanate of Sulu called a unilateral ceasefire and implemented as a cessation of hostilities but still the Malaysia didn’t intact to launch offensive operations.

Not as least 50 were arrested in Sabah connected to suspected supporters of Kiram.

The members of the Sultanate of Sulu in Sabah were at least given a time until midnight for them to leave.

The President is calling the attention of the leaders in Sabah during his prescon to leave the place. According to Dayang Dayang Sitti Jacel Kiram, their decision will be the same. The people in Sabah go their “not to wage war, para hindi manggulo, to settle their peacefully at dahil sa hirap na din na nararanasan ng mga kapatid nating Muslim.” said by Princess Kiram

The Muslim people in Sabah have no intension to take Sabah.

“Ang pangit ng term na AGAWIN” said by Princess Kiram.
If we closely analyze the history of Sabah, the Sabah has never been owned by Malaysia, it is originally owned by Brunei. Now, it was given by Brunei to Sultanato of Sulu as a sort of gratitude, as a thanksgiving of Sultanate of Brunei when the Sultanate of Sulu helps them. So it was never owned by Malaysia, said by Princess Kiram.

The Concern of the Government is maybe it may lead to violence when they didn’t leave Sabah. When the time comes the Sabah people will fight for their lives, they are prepared and accepted what will happen to them. They would fight for their cost, what they are fighting for a very long time. The people in Sabah are free to choose if they will stay or not for that not to be involved anymore, no one volunteers to go. They wanted to fight for the costs until the end.

Princess Kiram is bound by the constitution and its laws including Philippines renouncing war as instrument of national policy. “Hindi naman giyera ang pinunta natin sa Sabah e. Yes, we’re bound by the constitution, Yes, we are bound by the Philippine Law. Sana nga maramdaman namin na parte kami ng Pilipinas, prinoproteksyonan kami ng salili nating Gobyerno, sana lang maramdaman naming ‘yon.” said by Princess Kiram

The Government is studying the possible infractions of the Sultanato.

The Department of Foreign Affairs expressly said that there is no other way to prevent the continual killing of life in Sabah, but to take down the weapons of Raja Muda Kiram’s groups. But according to MalacaƱang, President Aquino is trying to find a peaceful solution to the standoff in Sabah.
